Product Introduction:

This “Fire Country Kumamoto Tonkotsu Ramen” is a product launched by the famous Japanese ramen brand “Itsuki Foods Co., Ltd.” Inspired by the famous tonkotsu soup from the Kumamoto region, it aims to recreate the authentic flavor of Kyushu. The rich and flavorful broth is enhanced with Kumamoto’s specialty black garlic oil, bringing a fragrant and deep taste. The noodles are medium-thin, non-fried straight noodles that become smooth and chewy when boiled, perfectly combining with the soup. Each package contains 250g, suitable for two servings, making it an easy and delicious option for home cooking.

Instructions:

Prepare approximately 500ml of water, bring it to a boil, and then add the noodles. Boil for about 2.5 to 3 minutes over medium heat, adjusting the time to your preference. Turn off the heat, add the soup powder and black garlic oil, and stir well. Serve in a bowl, and it’s ready to enjoy. For extra flavor, add boiled eggs, char siu, green onions, mushrooms, or other toppings.

Noodles, meat extract, soy sauce, animal and plant oils, vegetable extracts, spices, sugar, salt, seasonings, kansui (alkaline water), plant-based colorants.
