How to Use

Place the bristle side gently toward the back of the tongue, then slowly pull the cleaner forward toward the tip. Repeat lightly as needed, then use the rubber scraper side to remove loosened buildup.

Rinse the cleaner thoroughly after use and allow it to air-dry. Do not press firmly or insert it too deeply, as this may irritate the tongue or trigger discomfort.
