How to Use

Wet the sponge thoroughly with water before use. Gently rub the flat surface of the sponge over stained areas of the teeth, taking care not to touch the gums.

Rinse the mouth after cleaning and discard the sponge after use. Use approximately once a week as needed. Do not use the side edge of the sponge, and do not apply it to artificial teeth or damaged areas inside the mouth.
