C3 (“C Cube”) opened its first restaurant and café in 1987. It makes full use of three ingredients that every Japanese loves – coffee, cacao, and cheese – to create food and desserts to enjoy time with and connect to family and friends. Tiramisu, its signature dessert, is made with those three ingredients. While C3’s desserts are now found at department stores rather than cafés, its original and baked tiramisu is still made to share with or give to a friend.
