How to Use

1. Thoroughly wet the hair and scalp with lukewarm water before shampooing.
2. Apply an appropriate amount of Shampoo M, work into a rich lather, and gently massage the scalp and hair.
3. For a spa-style cleansing routine, leave the shampoo foam on for approximately 1 minute, then rinse thoroughly.
4. After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from the hair and apply Treatment M, concentrating on the mid-lengths and damaged-feeling ends.
5. Leave the treatment on for several minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
