Instructions:

Preparation: Before use, ensure the air holes are clear and sterilize by boiling for 10 minutes.

Insertion: Using clean hands, fold the cup inward into an easy-to-insert shape. Insert it from the vaginal opening towards the coccyx, while sitting mid-sleeve, ensuring the cup is fully expanded and fits snugly against the vaginal wall.

Removal: Wash your hands again and gently push down on the cup to move it outward. Pinch the bottom of the cup to release the air, then slowly remove it and discard the menstrual blood into the toilet or drain.
